At Sauvage Wine Bar and Shop, we embrace the world of natural wines. These wines are crafted using minimal chemicals and additives, resulting in small-scale production and fewer technological interventions. Quality ingredients are crucial; they rely on organic or biodynamic grapes, usually hand-harvested, with minimal sulfates (10 to 40 parts per million compared to the industry standard of 350). Wild yeasts from vineyards are used instead of lab-made options.

Natural wines offer some of the most alluring flavors while being easier on the body. Though not all are vegan, many are, and we're proud to share our selection with you!

Invest in the Biodynamic Process

Sauvage Wine Bar and Shop is home to wines that were made with sustainably, organically, biodynamically, or regeneratively farmed grapes grown by farmers who are dedicated to the health and longevity of their land. These winemakers create self-sustaining environments without chemicals or additives. Biodynamic farming treats the vineyard as a whole entity. They use compost and soil supplements from Rudolf Steiner's methods as well as an astrological planting calendar instead of pesticides.
